Donations Made in Error

If you have made a donation by mistake, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the donation date. In your request, please include the following information:

• The full name used during the donation.

• The donation amount.

• The date of the donation.

• Proof of payment (such as a receipt or transaction ID).

Once we receive the required information and verify the request, we will process your refund promptly.

Non-Refundable Donations

In general, donations made to SS Foundation are considered final and non-refundable. However, we may consider exceptions in the following situations:

• Duplicate donations made due to technical issues.

• Fraudulent transactions that are confirmed and verified by the donor’s financial institution.

Refunds in these exceptional cases will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of SS Foundation.

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the original donation. Please note that it may take 7 to 14 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank’s processing time.

Processing Fees

SS Foundation reserves the right to deduct any applicable transaction or processing fees from the refunded amount, as charged by payment gateways, banks, or other service providers.
